Made from 100% Semillon grapes. This unusual wine brings bright, lemony sherbert flavours to begin. Some quince too. Closes with a crisp, chalky minerality.
Balancing the opposing sweet, fresh fruit with grippy acidity is always the key to sparkling wines. In this case, I think we have found a very happy median, that invites another sip and hungers for an oyster or two. Meals prepared with a glass of Fleur’s Sparkling always taste better.
