A curated selection of three locally crafted Maffra Cheeses: Wensleydale Cheddar, Brie, and Tanjil Blue. Served with house-made pickled quince, pickled cucumber, quince paste, dehydrated fruits, spiced nuts, and our signature house-made focaccia.
Charcuterie Board
Featuring Rosedale smoked ham and pepperoni sausage paired with a pork and mushroom terrine, accompanied by grainy mustard and plum chutney. Includes smoked trout pâté with mandarin jam, dehydrated fruits, and freshly baked house-made focaccia.
Middle Eastern Board
Spiced lamb kofta meatballs served with hummus, tzatziki, and stuffed vine leaves, complemented by a wedge of pork terrine. Accompanied by dehydrated fruits, olives, pickles, quince paste, and generous servings of house-made focaccia.
